Scrapbox come to mind. It is not a cheap tool but it is mad powerful.

You can search blog/site that match your keyword and sort them by the number of OBL. lot of people use it to search for blog with low OBL to leave comment

There are a lot of great tools out there for doing this. Some are better than others.

SEOMOZ.org has a great one with their Open Site Explorer, but a better one would be LinkResearchTools. They pull their data from 22 different sources so it ends up being much more comprehensive although it is much more expensive.

There is also Majestic SEO which I use regularly as well.

Well, there are many software which you can use to check for web page status, I use manual method by opening source page to see if it’s do follow or no follow. Otherwise you can search online for software.

Older versions of all three applications should work. I've used iLife and Office on 10.4 Check the system requirements to be sure.
