What I mean is a tool that search for webpages according to external do followed links. For example, if you are searching for a business blogs, the tool will show’s all business blogs according to it’s external links that is sort out ( lesser to greater external do followed links ).

Well, there are many software which you can use to check for web page status, I use manual method by opening source page to see if it’s do follow or no follow. Otherwise you can search online for software.
